Elite Process
Our scholarship programme for 16-19 year olds gives aspiring young footballers the chance to combine football and education on a full time basis mirroring the schedule of professional football apprentices.
With over 100 full-time students enrolled to the programme, the academy is directed by a very strong leadership team with many years of experience in the professional game.
The Football
Training
Players train four times a week and play in a weekly games programme working with UEFA/FA qualified coaches who have a proven track record developing players in the technical, tactical, physical, and social aspects of the game.
Professional Games Programme
On top of weekly league fixtures against local colleges and our FA Youth Cup campaign, our players have a full games programme with 25+ matches every season against professional football clubs across the UK and Europe.
Games take place at the training grounds of the professional clubs we play against, and occasionally at their home stadium. These matches provide young aspiring footballers with fantastic opportunities to showcase their abilities directly in front of head scouts, head coaches, and directors of professional football clubs.
Pathways
All players have an individual pathway target for themselves and we have many exit routes available within many sectors of the sports and football industry from professional football to gaining a scholarship in the USA.
